Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, he was not deprived of the right to be present at a material stage of his trial. The record reveals that after delivering its charge to the jury, the Trial Judge asked in open court whether there were any exceptions to the charge. The prosecutor replied in the affirmative.
