David Gordon appeals an order denying his motion to suppress evidence. After a hearing on the motion, Gordon entered a plea of no contest to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in violation of sec. 161.41(1m)(h)1 and 161.14(4)(t), Stats. The trial court withheld sentence and placed Gordon on probation for a period of thirty months.1
