Carlie Mitchell appeals nunc pro tunc from his conviction for murder in the first degree, arson, robbery, rape, criminal conspiracy, possessing an instrument of crime, and risking a catastrophe. He presents four arguments on appeal: (1) that the trial court improperly allowed impeachment by evidence of prior arrests without convictions; (2) that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to a charge on voluntariness of confessions...
