BELL, Justice.

The appellant, Glen Mitchell, was found guilty of the malice murder of his ex-wife, and was sentenced to life in prison.1 Mitchell now appeals, contending that a statement he made to the police should not have been admitted into evidence at trial, because police officers allegedly violated his Miranda rights. We affirm.
