Malcolm Duane McCallum, Jr., the appellant, was tried before a jury in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County for a series of violations of the Transportation Article. The jury convicted appellant of: driving a motor vehicle on a suspended license (Md. Transportation Code Ann. § 16-303 (1987)) (referred to hereinafter by section number); driving an unregistered vehicle (§ 13-401); unauthorized use of a registration card (§ 13-703)...
