HABHAB, Judge.
Defendant Dexter Hughes appeals from his conviction, following a bench trial, of first-degree murder. Defendant raises two issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in admitting evidence of past instances of child abuse committed by defendant; and (2) whether the trial court erred in its determination that felony child endangerment could serve as the underlying felony for felony murder.
