On May 7, 1984, Chalet Gourmet Sunset ("CGS"), Perinos Restaurant Inc. ("PRW"), Perinos Restaurant Downtown ("PRD") and California Wholesale Electric Co. ("CWE") filed separate petitions under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The cases were later consolidated for administrative efficiency.
