Arden-Mayfair, Inc. (Arden) appeals from a judgment entered by the trial court on remand from this court's decision in Fisher Properties, Inc. v. Arden-Mayfair, Inc., 106 Wn.2d 826, 726 P.2d 8 (1986). We affirm in part and reverse in part.
