This is an interlocutory appeal by the Commonwealth from a District Court judge's allowance of the defendant's motion to suppress. The judge ordered suppression of evidence flowing from the defendant's extraterritorial arrest in Framingham by a Natick police officer. The appeal was allowed by a single justice of this court. Mass. R. Crim. P. 15(a), 378 Mass. 882 (1979). We affirm in part and reverse in part....
