The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of two counts of risk of injury to a child in violation of General Statutes § 53-21. He claims that the trial court erred (1) in admitting certain evidence of uncharged misconduct that did not occur within the applicable statute of limitations period, (2) in ruling in limine that the state could, on cross-examination, ask certain questions to impeach the defendant's proposed...
