This appeal arises from an Order of the trial court which granted a motion for judgment non obstante veredicto in favor of the Defendant-Appellee, State Farm Insurance Companies (hereinafter "State Farm"). Further, the trial court's Order denied a motion for a new trial which was submitted by Plaintiff-Appellant Richard E. Lowry.
