Defendant Kelsey-Hayes Company appeals from the circuit court's denial of its motion for summary disposition of plaintiff William T. Hall's discrimination suit brought under the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq. We affirm the circuit court.
