On January 16, 1990, the trustee in the bankruptcy proceeding of William J. Stoecker brought a fraudulent conveyance action in this court against defendant Grace M. Stoecker. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) and General Rule 2.33 of this district, the trustee's adversary complaint was automatically referred to the bankruptcy court.
