MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This adversary proceeding arises by Complaint of the Chapter 7 Trustee challenging the extent and validity of Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A. (Norwest) right to a lien in post-petition collateral arising by virtue of a stipulation for use of cash collateral. The Complaint, filed on January 31, 1990, and as amended on May 21, 1990, sets forth three separate theories only one of which remains at issue.
