The appellant, Gilbert Hood Ricks, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County (Simpson, J.) of possession and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use it in conjunction with a controlled dangerous substance.
