On April 21, 1987, Gary Gant was severely injured during an attack by a group of individuals that included defendant Marvin Johnson. In granting State Farm's motion for summary disposition in this action for declaratory relief, MCR 2.116(C)(10), the Kent Circuit Court declared that, pursuant to an intentional acts exclusion contained within a homeowner's insurance policy issued by State Farm to Johnson, State Farm was not required to defend or indemnify...
