This appeal involves the time period in which a suit must be filed in this State to enforce a foreign judgment. In 1979, 1980, and 1981, several migrant workers obtained judgments in Puerto Rico against West Virginia apple growers (the employers).1 In 1987, the migrant workers filed suit to enforce the judgments in the Circuit Court of Hampshire County.
