POPOVICH, Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County. We affirm.

The record indicates that on March 27, 1988, the appellant, Randall Probst, Sr. contacted a local "helpline" to report the stabbing of his live-in girlfriend, Nicole Deemer. The helpline notified the police of the incident. Soon thereafter, the paramedics arrived at Probst and Deemer's apartment where they discovered the victim...
