The respondent appeals from the trial court's judgment adjudicating the respondent's minor child, Noel M., to be neglected and committing her to the temporary custody of the department of children and youth services (DCYS). On appeal, the respondent claims (1) that the evidence was insufficient to support a finding of neglect, (2) that the trial court violated her constitutional rights to confrontation and to cross-examination by not allowing her counsel...
