Plaintiff's decedent was killed when his motorcycle collided with an automobile owned by defendant Santa Capparelli in Westchester County on May 21, 1987. Plaintiff instituted this wrongful death action in Bronx County, the residence of defendant Angela Puccia, who told the police after the accident that she had been driving the 1982 Pontiac which had been involved in the accident. Two days later, defendant Pasquale Massafra told the police that he had actually been the driver...
