This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action in favor of Farmers Insurance Company. The trial court ruled that the homeowners' policy issued by Farmers did not provide coverage for its policyholder, a babysitter whose alleged negligence caused an injury to a child under her care.
