After due notice, trial was held November 9, 1989, on the Complaint of AVCO Financial Services (AVCO) for denial of discharge under Sections 523 and 727, and return of collateral. The Debtor/Defendant Answered the Complaint by generally denying all of the material allegations. The Answer was subsequently amended and a Counterclaim for racial and sexual harassment and discrimination as well as violation of privacy...
