The Wisconsin Personnel Commission dismissed Nancy Cozzens-Ellis's appeal from a denial of her application for promotion within the classified civil service. She appealed to the commission pursuant to sec. 230.44(1)(d), Stats., and the commission dismissed her appeal as untimely under sec. 230.44(3).1 The circuit court affirmed, she appeals to this court, and we affirm.
