John Ross was tried nonjury and was found guilty of robbery, a felony of the first degree, in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 3701(a)(1)(ii), criminal conspiracy in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 903, and possession of an instrument of crime in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 907(a). A motion for post-trial relief was denied, and Ross was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than five (5) years nor more than ten (10) years for robbery and...
