Plaintiffs, Kelly and James Bucklew, brought the present action in the circuit court of St. Clair County against the defendants, G.D. Searle & Company and Searle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The circuit judge denied the defendants' motion to transfer the action for lack of venue or, in the alternative, on grounds of forum non conveniens.<...
