After entry of a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs, defendants moved for actual costs against plaintiffs pursuant to MCR 2.403(O) (1). Defendants appeal from the trial court's order denying their motion. Plaintiffs cross appeal arguing that the trial court improperly instructed the jury on the issue of plaintiff Gregory Zalut's comparative negligence.
