The principal issue in this condemnation case is the propriety of the trial court's method of determining the value of property taken by eminent domain. The defendants, the town of Clinton and the Clinton water pollution control commission, filed a statement of compensation in the amount of $275,000 in connection with the taking, for the purpose of constructing a municipal water pollution control facility, of a parcel of property owned by the plaintiffs...
