FINE, J.

Gary McKnight appeals from the dismissal of a racial-harassment claim that he brought under 42 U.S.C. sec. 1981 in February of 1983. The trial court concluded that the claim was barred by Patterson u. McLean Credit Union, 491 U.S. —, 109 S.Ct. 2363, 105 L. Ed.2d 132 (1989). We agree, and affirm.
