The appellant was convicted of first degree murder by a jury in the Circuit Court of Cabell County and was sentenced to life imprisonment, with a recommendation of mercy. This Court has reviewed the petition for appeal, all matters of record, and briefs of the parties. We are of the opinion that the appellant's conviction should be affirmed.
