Defendant, John Haepp, appeals from the trial court's resentencing order which sentenced him to concurrent prison terms of nine years for attempted armed robbery and 18 years for attempted murder. On appeal, defendant contends that, in determining his resentence, the trial court violated the Illinois Constitution by failing to accord proper weight to evidence of defendant's rehabilitation...
