McAULIFFE, Judge.

The question presented is whether the trial judge erred in refusing to recuse himself. The facts involve successive court trials of codefendants by the same judge. We find no error in the denial of the motion for recusal.

On 2 July 1987, Michael Boyd was shot to death in the parking lot of his apartment complex in Anne Arundel County. Four persons were accused of complicity in the murder, and of having unsuccessfully attempted to dynamite...
