Stat. 1987, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) for accidental injuries he alleged arose out of and in the course of his employment with respondent, Young America Realty. Respondent disputed the existence of an employer-employee relationship between it and claimant. The arbitrator found that claimant was respondent...
