The defendant appeals the Superior Court's (Pappagianis, J.) denial of his motion to suppress certain evidence. The evidence was introduced at trial, and the jury convicted the defendant of two counts of first degree murder and one count each of theft and arson. The court sentenced the defendant to two terms of life imprisonment without parole on the murder charges and concurrent terms of three and one-half to seven years and seven and one-half...
