The appellant, Aaron Keith Penn, was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Michael Atkins. We affirm.1

The appellant and the victim engaged in a series of altercations and threats the day before and the day of the murder. The trouble began when the appellant entered his wife's beauty salon and saw the victim with his hand on the appellant's wife's shoulder. The next day, the day of the murder...
