The debtor, Larry Bryon Groshans, appeals a bankruptcy court decision denying the discharge of his debt to Harvey H. Wagner and the estate of Marvin A. Wagner under § 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code.1 Mr. Groshans makes two arguments in this appeal.
