Presently before this Court is an appeal from the bankruptcy court's determination in In re Jones, 91 B.R. 725 (Bankr.W.D.Pa. 1988), that the appellant is barred by the applicable statute of limitations from asserting a claim pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) in an adversary action.
