The sole issue for determination in this case is whether the Court of Appeals erred in affirming the trial court's denial of the Petitioner's motion for a directed verdict. At trial, the Petitioners moved for a directed verdict that the Respondent-Plaintiff had failed to establish her case against them for false arrest and false imprisonment.
