Before the Court are two appeals from an April 26, 1990, order of the bankruptcy court. At issue are those portions of the order (1) disallowing Eva Lovene Leavell's claim for $225,978.64 on the ground that it was untimely; (2) denying Daniel Russell Leavell's motion to reconsider his objection to an application for attorney's fees; and (3) allowing the trustee, over Daniel Leavell's objection, to abandon certain oil-producing...
