In February of 1986, Bernice E. Lamy (Lamy) went grocery shopping with her sister and a friend. They went to the A & P1 grocery store in the Odenton Shopping Center in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. There had been a snowstorm two days earlier, and as they drove into the shopping center parking lot, Lamy observed that various sections of the parking area in front of the A & P had not been completely cleared of accumulated...
