Respondent, Nicholas Caradonna, appeals from an order denying his counterpetition to terminate maintenance payments to his former spouse based on her conjugal cohabitation with another man. He contends that the trial court's decision was an abuse of discretion. He also raises an issue concerning whether the court abused its discretion in not allowing him to amend his original petition for termination...
