This is a suit for commissions on the sale of real estate. It involves two brokers and the sellers of the property.

The property in question is the Twin Towers Motel in Pocomoke. It was owned by a corporation known as Olympic Resorts, Inc., which, in turn was wholly owned by two brothers, Salim (Sam) and Khalil (Lee) Muslimani.
