Five-year-old David Ayers, by his guardian ad litem, and David's parents, Cheryl and Tom Ayers, appeal a judgment notwithstanding the verdict and an alternative order for a new trial in this products liability action. The jury awarded David $2 million and his parents $500,000 against Johnson & Johnson Baby Products Co. for permanent injuries David suffered when he drank Johnson & Johnson baby oil and then aspirated (inhaled) it into his lungs...
