Following a bench trial, defendant Randle Roby was found guilty of criminal damage to property, burglary, three counts of aggravated battery and armed violence and was sentenced to concurrent terms of three years for criminal damage to property, seven years for burglary, five years for three merged counts of aggravated battery and seven years for armed violence.
