Krumins Roofing & Siding (Krumins) and Thomas Manion (Manion) appeal from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed in part and reversed in part an order of the referee.

Wayne Libby (Libby), the claimant, was injured when he fell from a roof while installing shingles, breaking his wrist in the fall. Libby filed a claim petition, alleging that he was employed by both Manion and Krumins...
