John Clinton Sheriff was convicted of cruelty to children, and he appeals.

1. Appellant enumerates the general grounds. At trial evidence was adduced that the victim was the eight month old son of Brenda O'Dell. When O'Dell took the victim to the hospital to have his broken leg treated, the hospital contacted the local authorities regarding the matter.
