GTE Sprint Communications Corporation, now U.S. Sprint Communications Company, appeals a judgment of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, the Honorable Laurence C. Gram, Jr., Judge, which denied U.S. Sprint's motion for summary judgment seeking to have declared unconstitutional the retail sales tax imposed upon the transfer of origination...
