Age, Ltd. brought a dispossessory action against Scott Price d/b/a United Fitness Center. Walter Kwon was added as a third party defendant. After a bench trial the court found in favor of Age, Ltd. for $25,961.57 for past due rents and attorney fees under the lease contract and found Kwon liable to Price for that sum, with an additional award of attorney fees in Price's favor against Kwon based on bad faith.
