Mylene Liggett ("Debtor") acting pro se filed a second petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on February 13, 1990. The present Chapter 11 petition was filed only a month after the expiration of the 180 day period during which the Debtor was ineligible to refile. See Bankruptcy Code § 109(g)(2). The Debtor's prior Chapter 11 case had been filed in early 1989 and was dismissed...
