Appellant was arrested on April 3, 1987, for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of A.R.S. § 28-692. At her initial court appearance on April 13, 1987, a trial was set for July 7, 1987. Appellant moved to continue the trial date 12 times.
