This is an appeal from the judgments rendered on consolidated actions. In the first captioned action, Takis Argentinis sought damages for breach of a construction contract and of an express warranty by the defendants, Paul L. Gould and Paul L. Gould, Inc. In the second captioned action, Gould sought to foreclose a purchase money mortgage granted by Argentinis and his wife, the defendants in that action, P. A. (Takis) Argentinis and his wife, Ourania Argentinis...
